Chelsea Women has confirmed a new partnership with London fertility clinic Fertility Plus, which becomes the club's Official Fertility Partner. The partnership underpins a first-of-its-kind fund available to every player in the squad, providing bespoke fertility support, including personalised assessments, treatments, counselling, and workshops delivered through Fertility Plus's consultant-led medical team. According to Chelsea, the fund will bring structured fertility support into the club's player-welfare provision for the first time. The club frames it as a natural extension of the work already going into on-pitch performance, widening that focus to cover players' health off the field too. There's also a public-facing education side to it. Chelsea and Fertility Plus plan to produce expert-led content and myth-versus-medicine resources, with input from Chelsea Women ambassadors, aimed at clearing up common misconceptions around fertility for players, staff, and supporters alike. This isn't Chelsea's first move into menstrual and reproductive health. The club previously partnered with period-care brand Here We Flo on its We Don't Bleed Blue, We Bleed. Period campaign, which saw players walk out for a matchday in deliberately stained shorts to help destigmatise periods in sport. The new fund builds on that same thread, folding fertility support into a broader push around menstrual and reproductive health as part of how Chelsea look after their players. League standing (final 2025 table -- new season not yet under way): 3rd in FA WSL, 49 pts, 15W-4D-3L from 22 games, recent form WWWWD. Goals this season: 44 scored, 20 conceded (+24 goal difference). Title race: 6 points behind leaders Manchester City W.
