Chelsea Women to Host Local Residents at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea Women will make Stamford Bridge their main home for the first time in the 2026/27 season, and the club wants to ensure that local residents and communities are part of this new era. The My First Game initiative does just that, reserving 30 tickets for local residents and community members to watch the action for every game played at the Bridge.

What is My First Game?

Launched during the 2023/24 season for the men's team, the initiative is now being expanded to women's fixtures as part of a new era for Chelsea Women at Stamford Bridge. For every game played at the Bridge by the women's team, the club reserves 30 tickets so local residents and community members are able to watch the action. Residents will also have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at the same time, subject to availability.

Why it Matters for Chelsea Women

Nadia Shahrestani, business operations director for Chelsea Women, said: 'We are delighted to announce the extension of the My First Game initiative to Chelsea Women fixtures at Stamford Bridge. This initiative will see local residents have the opportunity to watch our incredible women's team for the first time. In a pivotal season for the women's team, as we play all WSL matches at Stamford Bridge, it is great to share this new era with the local community.'

What Comes Next?

To qualify for the tickets, the recipients must either live or attend school within a one-mile radius of Stamford Bridge. Providing they do not have a prior ticket purchase history, we will allocate tickets for an upcoming home match. They will only be able to attend one match via the My First Game initiative, and details of how to apply will be announced soon.

As Chelsea Women continue to grow and develop, it's exciting to see the club engaging with the local community in this way. The My First Game initiative is a great opportunity for local residents to experience the thrill of watching Chelsea Women play at Stamford Bridge.
